The Sunshine bedroom is one of four bedrooms located on the first floor of a multi-family home. The space has one shared bathroom and kitchen with all the common amenities you will need to relax. Your bedroom has a private entrance through the front of the house.

Sunshine features a mini-fridge and microwave for your personal use. Additionally, there’s a cozy workspace with a desk and comfortable chair, along with a flat-screen TV equipped with a Firestick, so you can easily log into your streaming accounts and enjoy all your favorite TV shows and movies!

Guests have access to their private bedroom, a shared kitchen and bathroom, and the furnished backyard.

There is no parking available on the property, but there is plenty of free street parking across the street.

The bedroom is located only a few blocks away by beaches, tennis courts, and downtown.

It’s the guest’s choice. We are friendly but we respect your privacy. Host and co-host are full time workers, but we will be available on our phones to assist you from 6am-10pm.

Bookings must be made by persons over 21 years of age. Any booking by persons younger will be automatically rejected. If discovered during your event you agree to be immediately removed from the premises.

For stays over 14 days, an additional cleaning fee is required.

*Please note that the bedroom is private, but the bathroom and kitchen are shared with other Airbnb guests. There are in total four bedrooms on this floor. Our quiet hours are: Weekdays 10pm-8am and Weekends 11pm-8am. There is a nuisance fee for breaking this rule since we want all of our Airbnb guests to have a quiet, comfortable stay.
