Welcome to our stylish, modern home! Our space is a perfect blend of black and white, creating a sleek and sophisticated atmosphere. The open floor plan allows for plenty of natural light to flow throughout the home, highlighting the stunning design features.

As you enter the home, you’ll be greeted by a spacious living room and dining area, complete with comfortable seating and a dining table for six. The fully-equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar, perfect for cooking up a meal during your stay.

Down the hall, you’ll find two bedrooms, each with a comfortable queen-size bed and plenty of storage space. The bedrooms share a sleek, modern bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Our home is located in a safe and convenient neighborhood, with easy access to public transportation and local shops and restaurants. We hope you’ll love your stay in our black and white modern home!

The apartment is located on the second and third floor of the building. You will have access to the backyard, patio and private balcony, private office, three bedrooms, surround sound movie theater, large living room and eat in kitchen with seating for six at our custom Black&White custom designed table.

There is an additional cleaning fee for the long-term rentals. The cleaning should be scheduled every 14 days.

Bookings must be made by persons over 21 years of age. Any booking by persons younger will be automatically rejected. If discovered during your event you agree to be immediately removed from the premises.
